We can also offer some ”Key Ready” homes – completed, new properties that have never been occupied, available with full Builders warranties. With both Resale and Key Ready properties once the legal formalities are completed (8 – 12 weeks on average) you would have immediate access.

If you are prepared or it suits you to wait between 12 - 24 months, you have the option of buying an “off plan” or Custom Built property. Buying “off plan” has a number of attractions, it generally offers better value for money (especially in the current economic conditions), enables you to spread the payments over the build period.   In many cases it also provides the buyer with the opportunity to personalise the internal design, kitchen and bathroom fitting as well as selecting the ceramic and paint finishes to be used.
